These terms apply to quote requests and orders submitted to IMPRESSA.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are prepared from the supplied specifications. An order is confirmed after the artwork, pricing, timing and applicable terms have been approved.

Files and approval

The client is responsible for the accuracy of supplied files. Production begins after proof approval where a proof is required.

Timing and delivery

Timeframes are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. They depend on artwork approval, material availability and project complexity.
